This retreat is all about finding your Zen! Each day you will participate in a 45 minute yoga class (different class each day), learn about different ways to meditate and participate in meditation sessions plus learn different ways of journaling so you may find the style that is perfect for you!

About the event

There isn't only one way to do yoga, meditate and journal and during this retreat, your daughter will learn several different ways of doing each, so she may find her style and what works best in her life. All three of these self-care practices help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and concentration plus they help build emotional strength on their own. Imagine what they can do for your daughter if she puts them all together!

During this three-day retreat, girls will learn from different teachers from Free to Be as well as from the community. They will engage in actual yoga classes and be led in different meditations each day. Each session will end with a short, instructional class on a different type of journaling and girls will leave with their own journal to continue their new habits at home.
