A special retreat for incoming 6th grade girls to get her all ready for the next big step in her life! Group 2 meets 6/18, 7/16 & 8/6, 10am to 1pm.

About the event
All three dates are included in your registration. Day 1 (June 18) includes get to know each other activities, changing skin care and facials presented by Tiara Clervi with Skin Deep, changing friendships and staying organized. Day 2 (July 16) includes healthy periods with Dr. Heather Parks from Impact Chiropractic, personal hygiene and care, and defining and living your values. Day 3 (August 6) includes a panel of incoming 7th graders to answer all the questions about being new in middle school, creating a self-care plan and yoga session. All months include crafts, food and fun!
