Welcome to Middle School Group 2

All three dates are included in your registration. Day 1 (June 13) includes get to know each other activities, changing skin care and facials presented by Georgia Padilla with Afterglow Esthetics, changing friendships and staying organized. Day 2 (July 18) includes healthy periods with Dr. Heather Parks from Impact Chiropractic, personal hygiene and care, and defining and living your values. Day 3 (August 1) includes a panel of incoming 7th graders to answer all the questions about being new in middle school, creating a self care plan and yoga session. All months include crafts, food and fun!
