About the event
Both dates are included in your registration. Day 1 (July 11) includes healthy periods with Dr. Heather Parks from Impact Chiropractic, personal hygiene and care, changing friendships and defining and living your values. Day 2 (August 1) includes a panel of incoming 7th graders to answer all the questions about being new in middle school, creating a self care plan, stress management and yoga session. Both months include crafts, food and fun!
