About the event
Both dates are included in your registration. July 16 includes healthy periods with Dr. Sarah Parsons, personal hygiene and care, and defining and living your values. August 6 includes a panel of incoming 7th graders to answer all the questions about being new in middle school, creating a self-care plan and yoga session. All months include crafts, food and fun!
