Middle school girls hear a lot about “glow ups” - new clothes, makeup, hair, and filters. But the most powerful glow ups don’t come from the outside… they come from confidence, kindness, courage, and learning to truly like who you are.

In this fun and empowering one-day camp, girls will explore what it means to glow from the inside out. Through games, discussions, creative activities, and confidence-building challenges, girls will learn how to quiet their inner critic, build healthy friendships, practice real self-care, and celebrate what makes them unique.

Girls will leave with new tools for confidence, a personalized “Glow Up Plan,” and a reminder that the best glow up is becoming more fully themselves.
