Brave & Bold Middle School

Middle school can be full of new challenges - friendships, social pressure, trying new things, and figuring out who you are. Bold & Brave Academy is a fun and empowering one-day camp designed to help girls build real confidence and courage.

Through interactive activities, discussions, teamwork challenges, and creativity, girls will learn how to quiet their inner critic, speak up respectfully, set healthy boundaries, and support others. Girls will explore what it means to be bold in their choices and brave in the face of challenges.

Girls will leave with practical confidence tools, a personal mantra, and a reminder that courage isn’t about being fearless - it’s about believing in yourself enough to try.
