Be Your Own Superhero! June

Join us for two full days of empowerment as we tap into our superhero selves! Be Your Own Superhero is a dynamic and interactive camp designed specifically for elementary school-aged girls, focusing on essential life skills such as setting boundaries, developing assertiveness, fostering good communication, honing problem-solving abilities, and nurturing independent thinking. Through a combination of engaging activities, group discussions, and hands-on workshops, girls will learn valuable tools to navigate various social situations, build healthy relationships, and develop the confidence to advocate for themselves. Be Your Own Superhero camp fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where every girl is encouraged to express herself authentically, respect others' perspectives, and embrace her unique strengths. Girls learn to celebrate diversity, advocate for themselves and others, and navigate social situations with confidence and integrity.

Camp meets Monday and Tuesday, June 10th and 11th, at Free to Be from 9am to 3pm. We will be going to Laurell Elementary for some play time (.3 miles away) and girls are welcome to bring scooters, bikes, skates, etc. for the trip!
